Q: Are all the products hand-made?
A: If a product is hand-made, it is listed in its product description.



Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: We ship from our distribution center in California, U.S.A.



Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: $ US Dollars. Your payments will be automatically adjusted to USD, according to PayPal's daily exchange rate.



Q: What if I am not satisfied with a purchase?
A: If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us immediately and include the product name/e-mail you purchased with. You will have 2 weeks to inform us of product dissatisfaction and will need to ship the faulty product back at your cost, to either have it replaced or refunded.



Q: Are you sure you provide Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders?
A: Yes, one of the customers main concerns is that shipping on individual products sometimes costs more than the product itself. In order to eliminate this distress, we made adjustments so that we can provide free shipping for all orders to all our customers.



Q: I want one of your products, but it is sold out!
A: Contact us via e-mail and we will see if an arrangement for future products are available. If it is a custom cover that has been sold out, we would be able to make a similar one, but it may or may not be identical.
